Smarty Supply Co. wants to make the consumer's online shopping experience as easy and trusted as possible. Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition (tags intact, unwashed, unworn, odor-free) if brought back into the store or postmarked within 30 days with original purchase receipt or email order confirmation. If you’d like to return an online order, we encourage you to call and speak to one of our managers for approval.Â

Important Note About Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that gift cards, e-gift cards, clearance items, special orders, altered merchandise, books, and DVDs are not eligible for refunds.Â
Our goal is to provide customers with great products; we hope you like the rope you picked. When you receive your ropes, please take a look at each one carefully. If you are not completely satisfied, please return, within 15 days of the original order date, any unused rope to Smarty Supply Co. for a refund. Upon return, we will inspect the rope, and a refund will be given upon evaluation of the rope's condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a used rope for return. Don't hesitate to call us with questions about choosing or returning ropes.Â

Refunds will be issued to the original payment form used to purchase your products. Mailed returns will be issued a refund for product costs only (shipping charges will not be refunded). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All online orders can be returned in-store at no cost.
If your returned item was purchased with a credit card, you will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date on which the refund is posted to your account is determined by your credit card company. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies.

If your returned item was purchased with a gift card, we will issue you another gift card.
